As the Manager- Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible to setup and scale finance and accounts operations at group level and manage the multiple legal vehicles for the company. You will be responsible to provide financial leadership in support of all strategic and business analysis.

What you will do:

- Monitoring and reviewing Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow, Annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance

- Analyzing department level and group level finances and developing budgets to control costs

- Developing scenario plans and ROI analysis to support strategic initiatives and key managerial decisions

- Working on new projects covering various financial aspects

- Hands-on experience on preparing financial models, business projections, and valuations

- Identifying areas for cost reductions across franchise and suggesting operational improvements

- Handling banking relationships and finding improvement opportunities

- Overseeing the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze results

- Managing and ensuring the compliance/documentation required for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Service Tax, Sales Tax, FEMA etc.

- Overseeing the continuous improvement of the Accounting and Financial Processes on new updates

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant mandatory

- Male Candidates preferred

- Demonstrable experience of 4-7 years in finance and accounting/similar role

- Prior Experience in Financial Analysis and strategy formulation is a great add on

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to readily adapt to and lead through changing environment

- Must be accurate, highly organized with great attention to detail
