Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Auto

ONLY CA 2012, 13 and 14 batch

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records, Financial Statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

2. Coordinating with the auditors, one of the Big4 firms in completing statutory audit, IFRS conversion and consolidation of accounts

3. Spearhead the implementation of ERP in the organization right from preparing the chart of accounts, designing financial process and culling-out automated reports/MIS

4. Be the key lead for collaborating with Bank for finding long-term, innovative solutions for business needs

5. Preparing the monthly MIS package for the investors as well as giving analytical presentations for the senior management

6. Checking & assessing the value drivers of business and developing analysis tofacilitate business decision-making.

7. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

8. Drive budgeting processes, and achieve budget objectives, by scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

We are looking for:

A Chartered Accountant of 2012. 13 and 14 batch working in reputed startups / organizations having relevant experience in Accounts, handling banks and MIS. The candidate must have experience of handling audits.

A candidate with articleshipin Big4 is mandatory.
