Role: Manager- Accounts and Finance

Requirements:

- CA Qualification preference

- 7+ Years of work experience in public accounting and/or industry dealing with SOX Key Control testing

- Strong understanding of professional audit standards, SOX, and risk assessment practices

- Maintain knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices through continuing professional education

Responsibilities

- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.

- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed

- Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested

- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit

- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities

- Manage vendor payments and requests

- Manage employee reimbursements.

- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts as assigned

- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule, Month end closure process (Revenue, Expenditures, Cash Flow, Debtors Ageing Rep.

- Process payroll with labour compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS & PT etc) and report payroll taxes for the organization and manage Day to day Financial operations.
