Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Candidates MUST BE - "CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS" having 5+ years POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE alone need to apply.

A. Job Description & Job Competence

1. Accounting/ audit closure

- Preparation of financial statements for the purpose of NBFC reporting

- Quarterly preparation of financial statements for all operating companies

- Liaise with Auditor for completion of audit of the Companies

2. Process for purchase/ sale of investments

- Responsible for executing all investments transaction

- Need to understand the process involved in executing various investments and design a process/ controls for executing the various investments

3. Banking transactions including payments

- Responsible for undertaking banking transactions

- Should have exposure to regulations/ forms/ documentation for undertaking various types of banking transactions - foreign payments, fund transfers

4. Taxation

- Advance tax payments

- Completion of tax audits

5. Compliances - NBFC, Secretarial compliances, FEMA

- Filing of returns/ compliances with NBFC regulation

- Complying with secretarial compliances

6. Internal control process

- Designing/ monitoring internal control process relating to various activities undertaken the Group

- Bank payments/ receipts

- Investments

- Fixed assets

B. Academics / Qualifications

- Must be a Chartered Accountant

- Minimum of 5 years - experience and maximum of 8 years

- Those who have good academic records / ranks apply

- Experience in Manufacturing Company, Healthcare, Service Industry with exposure to banking transactions, internal controls processes / procedures preferred

- Taxation & statutory compliances of NBFC and FEMA is highly appreciated

- Preferred those who had their articles from Top-10 Audit Firms

- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills

- Willing to relocate to Chennai and settle here with an internal intention of long-term commitment

Position is based out of CHENNAI. Candidates living at Chennai and would like to move to Chennai would be preferred.
