Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for group companies using Tally ERP.

- Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and reports.

- Engage with Tally Solutions for enhancements and issue resolution.

- Lead monthly MIS finalization.

- Generate ad hoc management reports.

- Prepare OPEX & CAPEX budgets using input from cross-functional heads.

- Manage the Tender and Bid process by creating Financial Models for new projects and collaborate with the Sales team and the Bid Manager.

- Support project analysis and offer validation.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- CA with 5+ years of relevant experience

- Strong in Tally, MS Excel and MS Office.
