- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large/ mid-sized organization with specific experience in a plant site required

- Exposure to business operating model and processes in specific business area in plant operations

- Ability to understand business process and carry out the process documentation in an analytical and meticulous manner.

- Exposure to framework, tools & techniques pertaining to enterprise controls, compliance and risk management

- Excellent organizational agility at prioritizing tasks, aligning large groups of stakeholders and driving results.
