Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Title : Manager Finance & Accounting

Location : Registered Office, Viman Nagar, Pune

Role :

- Overseeing and confirming Monthly/Annual Financial Statements including all supporting schedules, documentation, reports

- Ensuring timely submission of monthly P&L and other reports needed for Group consolidation

- Co-ordinating with Auditors for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing documentation, Group Audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit, GST Audit etc.

- Reviewing and confirming Corporate Tax Returns (including MAT workings) prepared by our Tax Consultants for Corporate Tax Return filings etc.

- Liaise with our Tax Consultants for tax assessment proceedings with the tax authorities for Corporate Tax, GST, VAT, TDS, TCS etc.

- Should add value to the company by giving quality inputs and working towards effectively managing the tasks

Requirements :

- CA with 4 to 6 years of experience in similar role with Indian/Foreign MNC

- Good Analytical, Presentation and Leadership skills

- Attention to accuracy & details is required

- Excellent in English written & verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic working environment

- Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams

- Expertise in MS Office particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

- Expertise in ERP like SAP / JDE / Oracle etc
