Accounts & Audit

- Would be responsible for Hardcore Accounting-Routine accounting, Data Entry, Purchase, Invoicing, Bank Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers, Reimbursement Vouchers, Expense Vouchers

- Handling Statutory Auditors, finalizing financials and getting it Audited.

- Quarterly Listing requirements of Parent company.

Direct and Indirect taxation

- Would be responsible for filing GST/TDS returns

- Review of TDS returns and instructing corrections if any.

- Handling assessments of Service Tax, Income tax, GST etc.

MIS, Group Reporting and Budgeting

- Assisting in Group Reporting to Parent Company in stipulated Timelines and strict deadlines.

- Would be responsible for giving information to parent company as and when required.

- Liasoning and coordinating with Parent finance department for instructions and guidelines.

- Coordination with Sales & service Team for Budget data.

Treasury

- Liasoning and coordinating with Bankers for remittances

- Preparing documentation for Bank Guarantee, LC etc.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 5-8 Years of Experience in Finance & Accounts Field.

2. Excellent Communication Skill and Presentable

3. Problem analyzing and Problem solving

4. Adaptable, Judgmental and Pro-active
