Technical Accounting Skills:

- Knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) Financial reporting and analysis

- Asset management and depreciation

- Inventory management and costing

Manufacturing Accounting Knowledge:

- Cost accounting and cost control

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Variance analysis and reporting

- Standard costing and variance analysis

Financial Management:

- Cash flow management and forecasting

- Working capital management

- Financial planning and analysis

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

Accounting Software and Systems:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

- Ability to learn new systems and technologies

Time Management and Organization:

- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks and Organizational skills and attention to detail

Compliance and Risk Management:
