JOB SUMMARY:
The role's core functions are:
- Steering the corporate Finance & Accounts department of the organization which includes accounting, auditing, taxation & treasury etc.
- Implementing best practices & processes to drive the department on auto mode
- Providing financial analysis/forecasting on various aspects through number crunching
- Ensuring smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounts:
- Fiscal management for P&L and Balance Sheet finalization.
- Managing Payables and Receivables
- Spearheading all audits i.e. Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit etc.
- Liaising with Legal / Bank representation on corporate issues
- Oversee all the statutory Compliance i. e. GST/ PF/ESIC etc.
- Compliance with all the Direct and Indirect Taxation matters
- Computing staff salaries and executing payroll
- Developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Checking all export documentation to ensure compliance to export norms and submission to RBI
- Applying for duty drawbacks, managing export credits and ICE gate (TIME SPEND- 40%)
Finance:
- Managing Cash flows, Budgeting, Cost Benefit Analysis
- Ensuring the financial integrity through development and enhancement of appropriate accounting/ budgeting and financial control systems
- Ensuring effective control of costs and expenses. present budget comparisons against actuals (For operational expenses) every month
- Managing and processing finance and accounting transactions for sales, purchase, stores & inventory vendors, consultant, etc.

Strategic:
- Oversee the development of annual operating plan and costs management in alignment with company's mission.
- Researching & reporting on factors influencing business performances.
- Strategic thinking regarding competitive strategy, business models, pricing, and financial management, investments.
- Provide critical financial and operational information to the management through Risk Analysis and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
- Analyze market trends to find prospective financial instruments for expansion, mergers or acquisitions.
