Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Role: Finance and Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage financial processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

- Conduct financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and tax filings in a timely manner

- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations

- Assist in designing and implementing financial systems and processes for efficient data management with cross functional teams.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders

- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance and accounts

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and tax laws

- Familiarity with financial software and systems

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
