Manager - Finance & Accounts - BPO/ITeS/IT - CA

Key Roles and responsibilities:

- Tax Advisory on foreign outward remittance as well as domestic payments. Review of tax related clauses in vendor and customer agreements.

- Advising on permanent establishment risk and business structuring for customer proposals. Further analyzing the tax laws of various countries and advisory on potential tax benefits if any.

- Collaborating with various stakeholders for compilation of documents and details and further coordinating with the auditors for completion of tax audit and transfer pricing audit of company and its subsidiaries.

- Preparation of tax returns in accordance with the provisions of the law for company and Indian subsidiaries.

- Handling tax assessments/queries raised by the Income tax department including drafting of submissions/responses to notices and collations of documents to be submitted to the department.

- Other statutory direct tax compliances which include Country by Country

- Calculations of advance tax to be paid in each installment and ensuring timely payment of the same. Preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions and related tax workings such reconciliation of tax accounts in financials etc.

- Updating the team and management about any implications of any new tax regulations or judicial pronouncements.

- Collaborating with the Internal auditors.
