Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI

- Work closely with Financial Controller and senior team member to oversee the daily operations of respective vertical(s)

- Ensure closure of monthly financials of business vertical with controls and as per timelines

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements as required

- Ensure that proper accounting methods, policies and principles are enforced and implemented

- Work with the team to facilitate the audit processes (statutory and internal) along with the team

- Review internal systems and processes and provide recommendations to improve efficiency

- Manage projects independently/ as a part of the team to achieve the objectives of the Finance Team

- Partner with tax team Oversee and GST and Tax compliances alongside the tax team

- Facilitate statutory submissions to regulators like RBI, SEBI etc.

- Review consolidated financials
