Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFSI

1. Design, develop and support various monthly / quarterly reporting around Global EMRs (Executive Management Report), Business Review packs, materials for Regulatory reporting etc.

2. Extraction and mining of data from the source MIS system

3. Ability to analyze the information to be able to present analysis to business

4. Ability to understand the changing business needs, redesign MIS and analysis around the same

5. Ability to handle a very dynamic work environment

6. Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

7. Support quarterly business meetings and any analysis required by senior management

8. Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

9. Analyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelines

10. Liaison with the LOB teams and other support groups

11. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- CA with 4-5 years of relevant work experience / MBA with 6-8 years of exp / Graduates with 10-12 years of exp

- Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction

- Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients

- Good analytical skills, eye for numbers

- Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports

- Strong accounting knowledge

- Strong command of report writing

- Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage.

- Good communication skills

- Self starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively

- Experience with project financial tracking and reporting preferred

- Experience with expense management analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and expense variance analysis a plus

- Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferred

- Primarily EMEA shifts, may have to work on a few critical business days of the month in New York shifts.
