Manager Finance & Accounts (CA Certified)

- Monthly accurate finalization of books of accounts in compliance with Accepted Accounting Standards, Audit Practices & Statutory / Regulatory Provisions

- Maintaining complete, up-to-date & accurate statutory books of accounts/documents / vouchers

- Ensuring Statutory & Audit compliances at all points of time (Direct & Indirect Taxes, PT, PF etc.)

- Smooth and efficient functioning of the Accounts Payable & Receivable system

- Coordinating with Auditors and ensuring timely & accurate completion of the audit

- Ensuring accurate accrual of Revenue Income through thorough verification/validation

- Preparation of Financial Statements, IFRS financials & XBRL reports

- Exploring SAP/ERP to full advantage & automation of processes

- Liasoning with Tax Authorities for Income Tax / Service Tax etc.

- Preparation of monthly MIS reports with analysis on budget v/s actual for Sr. Management / Board

- Providing support in the preparation of Annual Budget, Mid-term Budget, Long Term Plans, and quarterly forecasts, etc.
