Manager - Finance & Accounts - Automobile - CA

Role Brief :

This position is responsible for supporting the Head of Finance & Accounting, for Accounting, MIS, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit & other reporting with related presentations for senior management. This position required time management and knowledge of accounting, auditing & taxation for understanding & analysis of various reports related to the business. It also required knowledge of ERP preferably SAP, MS office & presentation skills. This profile requires lot of interaction with corporate team, cross functional depts. & auditors.

Key Result Areas :

1. Hyperion financial statements on quarterly basis with FFC Audit on yearly basis.

2. Transfer pricing audit with study report as per Income Tax Act, 1961 on yearly basis.

3. Preparation of financials statements & other working for Statutory Audit on quarterly & yearly basis.

4. Working for Tax Audit on yearly basis & reply for Income Tax Notices on scrutiny assessment as per requirements during the year.

5. Preparation of CFO Compliance certificate on quarterly & yearly basis. Update of remarks for Statutory compliance in the system on quarterly basis.

6. BIFR, RBI, SIAM, ASI & SYM reporting on yearly/monthly basis.

7. Working for new updates as required for Ind AS implementation with adjustment entry for gap in SAP & Hyperion system.

8. Ledger scrutiny of all GL's & variance analysis on yearly & quarterly basis.

9. Accounting of interest & fixed deposits as & when required during the year.

10. Working for freight outward recovery against payment for provision on monthly basis.

11. Cost review with Plant head on monthly basis.

12. Co-ordination with other departments for resolution of daily routine issues related to plant operations.

13. Documentation for scrap bidding, analysis & rate update in the SAP for the same on yearly/half yearly basis.

14. Review of cost related working on monthly basis & support to other team member for finalization as required for audit purpose.

15. Working as per requirements of Corporate accounts & Direct tax team as per deadlines.
