Manager - Finance & Accounts - Auto Component Manufacturer - CA

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant from ICAI, SAP Exposure

Experience Required: 10-12 Years of Experience (Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

1. Finance & Accounts :

- Supervising all Routine Accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset & Inventory) Jobs and timely and accurate finalization of books of account.

- Timely & accurate preparation and submission of MIS: Quicks / Manaccs, CFO certificate & undertakings, Cash Flow, DCR plan.

- Ensure a robust budget monitoring system & Verify POs issued by Purchase team

- Supporting Marketing and Procurement functions for Customer & Vendor Reconciliation

- Ensure compliance to Direct & indirect tax (TDS, Excise and Service Tax).

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audit. Ensure SAP finance modules are operated as per SOP and any issues are analyzed and resolve

- Bring in operational efficiency by re-engineering finance process

2. Financial Planning & MIS :

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Capex and Opex budgets /forecast, monitoring actual performance with budgets and variance analyses.

- Support the Fund flow plan for year/ quarter/ Month

- Carry out financial analysis by providing expert strategic financial advice, interpretation of financial and accounting policy

- Present accurate, timely and relevant financial information and other disclosures to plant management and Corporate Office

3. Banking & Working Capital Management :

- Develop plan, Support and Monitor the function to ensure timely payment/ disbursement of funds following up for collections

- Co-ordination with other departments for fund requirement and disbursement

- Review and monitor Inventory levels, Creditors payables and Accounts Receivable to optimize working capital

4. Fixed assets accounting and Capital Expenditure :

- Ensure monitoring for capital expenditure with Capex budget.

- Ensure timely and accurate capitalization of assets, charging depreciation or amortization of assets as per GAAP / company's policy

- Maintaining Fixed asset register and co Physical Verification as per company policy

- Support FC for evaluation of capital expenditure proposal.

5. Costing, Audit, Expenditures, Reconciliations etc :
