Finance Manager
Main Responsibility and Activities:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in analysing and reporting company finances to the management while recommending further course of action by identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and maintaining financial forecasting and budgeting processes to deliver a fit for purpose finance and operational function with timely, accurate, insightful and compliant financial reporting to the management team and Board members as appropriate.
- Developing and managing annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for company needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Communication and Collaboration: Responsible for working closely with departmental heads to understand their needs and goals, and then collaborating within the company to ensure that everyone is aligned regarding market trends, customer behaviour, and other factors that can impact the company financial performance.
- Audits and Accounts: Developing and maintaining financial forecasting and budgeting processes to deliver appropriate finance and operational function with timely, accurate, insightful and compliant financial reporting to the Management team and Board members as appropriate.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensuring that the Company complies with all applicable employment, legal, tax and regulatory requirements.

- Leadership & Team Management: Playing a crucial role in supporting strategic planning and resource allocation decisions, such as investment in new products, expansion into new markets, or capital expenditures.
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA Certification is preferred)
- Working experience of 5 to 7 years with a proven track record of success in an ambiguous and global environment
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, MIS, Yearly Book Closure, and Zoho ERP.
- Experience in Invoicing and Receivable Management, Expense Management, End-to-end Accounting, Regulatory Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Labour Compliance, Liaising with consultants, and Audit closure.
- Experience with company financial statement analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts to ensure timely and accurate cost recognition in line with the internal financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Technologically savvy, demonstrating the ability to adapt to ever changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems.
