We are having opening for Manager-Finance & Account for Chennai Location for a MNC company into Tractor.

Position : Manager-Finance & Account

Qualification: - CA

Skills : Team Leader, Good Interdepartmental Coordination and Control

Location : Chennai

Experience : 5-8 Years (Post Qualified experience) i.e. Should not include article ship experience (Experience into Plant & Corporate both from any Manufacturing (Especially from Auto) industry)

Primary Skills (must) : Handled Finance, Accounts & Taxation of companies for min. 3 yrs., Analytical, provides valuable MIS for decision making, Planning and team handling, Knowledge of ERP -ACCPAC (pref.)

Secondary Skills : Inter department coordination, good communications skills, etc.

Job Description: Manager (F & A)

Financials Accounts/ MIS/ Costing/ Direct & Indirect Tax Laws

- Designing & Implementing Systems & Procedures : Supervising the accounts and preparation of financial statement & annual reports.

- Establishing Strategic cost management systems/techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations

- Business analysis viz, price analysis, income analysis, product profitability analysis as well as special analysis of various parameters.

- Supervising the preparation of MIS reports & provide feedback to top management of financial performance, viz, Working capital Management, credit control, profitability, etc.

- Ensured compliance to the statutory rules & regulations as laid by down by statutory authorities, viz, VAT, Central Excise, custom, income tax, companies act, service tax.

- Managing the complete audit planning and management activities, ensuring completion statutory of internal audit within time and cost deadlines.

- Monitor and review the budget and report the variances the budget vs. actual to the management.

- Plan and ensure preparation of cash flow projections, periodically, co-ordinate with various department heads and ensure effective cash management.

- Co-ordinate with bankers for limits encashment (Fund and Non Fund Based ) and compliance of RBI regulations for buyer credit and WC loan.

- Worked on ERP customized accounting system.
