Manager - Finance


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Build, manage, and mentor a team of FP&A analysts.

- Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and foster a high-performance work environment.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze trends in KPIs such as revenue, costs, and capital expenditures.

- Monitor performance, identify trends, and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans.

- Enhance financial modeling tools and processes, including budget vs. actual analysis.

Ad-Hoc Reporting:

- Prepare ad-hoc reports and perform detailed analyses to support business initiatives and decisions.

Business Intelligence and Dashboard Reporting:

- Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports for real-time financial insights.

Performance Improvement:

- Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and assess ROI in strategic projects like marketing programs and new store rollouts.

Strategic Support:

- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and provide timely recommendations for management.

Presentation and Communication:

- Prepare and deliver presentations to the Board of Directors and senior management.

- Conduct unit economics and margin analysis by product, providing actionable insights.

Required Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Experience: 6+ years in business, with at least 5 years in FP&A and a minimum of 3 years managing a team.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, expertise in TM1 reporting and financial modeling, understanding of GAAP.

- Analytical Skills: Experience with planning, reporting, and data analysis, and the ability to synthesize and present complex data.

- Business Acumen: Experience providing decision support to business unit leaders, including IT, HR, or Marketing, and presenting financial data to senior leadership.
