Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the financial controller for multiple entities across the UAE, Thailand, KSA, Bahrain, and any future locations or entities.

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EPC industry and PCM accounting methods.

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using SAP and address routine issues.

- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, and conduct audits within 30 days.

- Collaborate with statutory auditors to resolve significant audit issues.

- Implement and enforce internal controls in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular internal and SOX audits, as well as due diligence reviews.

- Create and manage monthly business MIS reports.

- Oversee business cash flow management and forecasting.

- Allocate funds according to the Board-approved plans.

- Act as an advisor to the CEO and international business leadership, addressing queries and providing data for decision-making.

- Implement corporate tax regulations in the UAE and KSA.

- Manage accounting, taxation, and finance-related activities as required by management.

- Work closely with the project finance team to plan debt and ensure timely repayment of installments and interest.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all accounting or finance data needs within the company or group
