Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Due Diligence & Investor Relations: Lead due diligence for fundraising and strategic deals.

- Develop and deliver presentations for investors.

- Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxes, oversee filing of returns, handle tax assessments, and develop strategies to minimize tax costs.

- Finance, FP&A, & Treasury: Manage finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, and audits.

- Oversee cash forecasts and optimize the management of surplus funds.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.

- 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a strong focus on taxation and compliance.

- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.

- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and Excel.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
