About the Job:
- As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing financial strategies in collaboration with senior management.

Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership:
- Lead financial meetings with senior management to discuss financial strategies, performance, and forecasts.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
Financial Accounting and Forecasting:
- Oversee the complete financial accounting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment, anticipating future financial trends and outcomes.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and metrics to senior leadership.
- Interpret financial data and present findings to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Financial Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement and growth, proposing actionable solutions.
Budget Management:
- Manage the organization's budgeting process, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and financial controls to optimize resource allocation.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining integrity in financial operations.
- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial information effectively to diverse audiences
