Manager - Finance

Aboutthe role:

1. Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations of the E-commerce

2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payables and receivables.

3. Assist in the preparation of monthly budgets and forecasts & review variance

4. Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements.

5. Analyze and control costs

6. Prepare cash flow forecasts and report variances

7. Implement and monitor internal controls

8. Ensure timely closure of compliance activity

The must-haves:

- Candidate should have overall exposure of accounts and finance (Including GST, TDS, Financial reporting, Monthly & Annually closing, MIS, payroll & Accounts payable)

- Must be familiar with e-commerce business and have a good understanding of Marketplace & inventory-based business models, COD & Courier Freight Reconciliations.

- Eger to explore new areas and is excited to work with business teams for problem-solving. - Must be able to own his work and manage the timelines

- Should have a long-term mindset not looking for short-term salary hike.

- Good team player, hard-working, should have the ability to manage the cross-functional stakeholders

- Should have a good understanding of Excel, ERP & Tally and able to work with large data sets in excel knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
