Manager - Finance

Finance Manager(KANNADA IS MANDATORY )

- Manage Financial Forecast, Budgeting, Financial Analysis & Reporting

- Managing banking activities, accounting and documentation activities

- Managing Tax/Statutory compliance, Managing ROC compliance

- Attending Audit requirements

- Attending Assessment related activities & Management reporting

- Ensures all department personals are well trained and effectively using existing ERP software.

- Attending activities like rating activities of CRISIL, ICRA, CIBIL, etc.

- Providing necessary information to Finance team with respect to loan processing documents relating to financials, projections, provisions and etc.

- Various calculation with respect to accounting, budgeting, ledger clarification with third party etc.

- Companies incorporation, takeover, Dematerialization & Fund management

- Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

- Preparing present feasibility Report

- Preparation & presentation of Financial Reports & MIS.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.

- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities in relation to finance activities.

- Preparation of Budgets, Funds Flows and Cash Flows for Projects.

- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.

- Undertaking Financial analysis and assisting with strategic planning.

- Producing Long term Business Plans.

- Experience in preparation of cash flow statements, Projections /Financial modeling , forecasts, Budgets etc.

- Knowledge of Project funding Proposals to investors.

- Build positive relationships with Investors and Bankers

- Should have experience of liaison with Bankers and Financial Institution for Loan application and other related works.

Requirements :

- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- A solid understanding of financial statistics.

- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
