Manager - Finance

- Supporting AVP-Accounts: Assisting the Assistant Vice President of Accounts in achieving corporate objectives.

- Documentation for Audits: Assisting in preparing documentation for quarterly LR (Likely Reserve) reports and yearly audits.

- Income Tax Compliance: Collaborating with both plant and head office teams to compile information for income tax audits and responding to tax inquiries.

- Financial Reporting: Compiling monthly financial accounts for the organization, including subsidiaries in India.

- This includes the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Statutory Audit Support: Assisting in statutory audits and consolidating subsidiary accounts.

- Auditor Interaction: Interacting with both internal and external auditors.

- Ad Hoc Duties: Undertaking other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

- Interdepartmental Reporting: Preparing and providing monthly reports to other departments as required.

- Ledger Scrutiny and Balancing: Reviewing ledger accounts, coordinating with plant teams and other relevant parties to reconcile balances, and settling pending provisions.

- Group Company Financials: Preparing financial statements for group companies periodically.

- Capital Asset Management: Handling the capitalization of fixed assets and project capitalization processes.
