Field Sales Manager - Non Traditional Channels  The FSM - NCD is directly responsible for the development of new sales channels as per Business Plans, maximizing potential in the trade whilst maintaining the brand personality and values. The job holder leads and project-manages all business development activities including all means of communication (internally and with the channels), sales analysis, as well as efficient POS tool management.   This role requires significant relationship-building with the following functions within Marketing, Sales & Operations as well as externally.  - FMCG Sales Experience with a Min 2 years professional experience in institutional Sales   - Business Development/Trade Marketing/New Channel Development with a sound understanding of FMCG industry and dynamics.  - Key Account Management experience is beneficial.  - Regional Geography knowledge of Business Development /New Channel would be beneficial  Key Responsibilities :   - Identify opportunities for developing business, keeping in view the agreed upon business strategy for the business.  - Prepare the strategy for the new channel, make the business plan, sell the idea to the stakeholders, and prepare the go-to-market plan for the opportunity.  - Establish Route-to-Market for the opportunity and align sales systems and processes for best service.  - Driving % contribution from New Channels in key cities higher than the current levels.
