Role-Field Sales Manager
Experience Required-3-7 Years
Location-Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Working Model : 6 days , WFO ,(Only 2nd Saturday Off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
- Visit potential customers for new business and manage existing clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Manage sales cycle, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in field sales, particularly in IT products or SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and customer base.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
