Key Responsibilities :
Training Need Analysis & Defining Objectives:
- Discuss with the concerned function to derive the training requirements and related business outcomes
- Conduct market visits, participant discussions, industry reviews, past data analysis to gather insights on skill gaps and identify training needs
- Identify key observations from the documented information and derive critical insights which will define the need for the training
- Design the training intervention as per 6D Methodology along with Sponsor
Curriculum and Content Design:
- Design learning methodologies basis the requirement of a program and the profile of participants
- Designing curricula based learning for programs which require multiple interventions over a period of time to meet the required outcomes
- Content aggregation or creation for web based learning programs
- Use of innovative technology and tools for various training interventions.
- Exploring external agencies for customized content creation and off the shelf content or leveraging their design expertise for packaging workshop collaterals/ participant manuals
Workshop Delivery and administration:
- Scheduling dates for programs and directing the Admin Officer for sending workshop and pre work related communication and following up with them, arrangements with respect to venue, stay and travel
- Delivering training programs for specific instances
- Training the line managers and senior managers to deliver their function specific programs
- Designing trainer material like faculty guide and session plans all programs
Driving Learning Transfer & On-the-Job Support Tools:
- Assist the function in devising ways to drive learning transfer by way of team contest, certification levels, peer learning, etc
- Creating/assisting the function at performance support in the form of checklists, cue cards, pop ups, etc
Managing the LMS:
- Deploying content on LMS, tracking usage and reporting participation and progress
- Co-ordination with L&D and IT for LMS administration and problem solving
Vendor Management:
- Identifying and nurturing external service providers to work with us in different areas of training program development
- Working with external service providers, and aligning them to the internal standard operating procedures
