Client Details :

Our Client is a fast-growing MNC in FMCG space having its presence across multiple cities in India.

They are looking for a seasoned IR Professional to lead IR agendas for their Plants in Hyderabad and Bangalore, and associates across south.

Description :

Working closely and providing support on IR-related activities for Plant. Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong capability strategies for stakeholders.

You will need to leverage your IR expertise to build capability through application of policies, practices and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Profile :

- 3 - 5 years of experience as Factory - HR

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferable

- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD organization is preferred

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
