Manager - Facility Management - MIS
We are ideally looking for an MIS expert in Facility Management.
Requirements:
- Min 6 - 8 years of experience in facility management
- Proficiency in Corporate Facilities management with special focus on Operations Management, Service Delivery, Workspace Management, Financial Management, and Process Improvements.
- Should have worked across areas like Facilities management (operations and function set up), Fleet Management, Inventory Management, Business Services, Cost Efficiency, Quality, Process Improvements etc.- Hands-on and well equipped with latest trends in Quality & Analytics.
- Devised processes and efficiency metrics for periodic management reporting.
- Financial and Risk Management: must focus on operational, financial, and reputational risk, managing activities to meet defined metrics.
- Compliance Management
Detailed knowledge on local regulatory compliance in work streams of manpower (labor) vendor supplier, Ground transport, cafeteria, shops, and establishment etc.
- Workspace Management
Competency in space allocation, move management, generating space reports. Should be innovative in space planning and having worked on any agile work program will be an added advantage
