Manager - Facility & Administration - FMCG Industry

Ensure smooth operations of all administrative & FM responsibilities like Supervising facilities management activities such as Canteen Management, Housekeeping, communication system, Guest Relations, Guest Houses, Repairs & Maintenance, Transportation, Residential Complex, Laundry & Linen, Security, Gardening & Landscaping,

Facility management:

- Ensuring that the physical environment of the organization is safe, clean, and comfortable for employees and visitors.

- This may include managing the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and security.

Asset management:

- Managing the acquisition, inventory, and disposal of assets such as furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

- This may include developing asset management policies and procedures.

Vendor management:

- Overseeing the selection, contracting, and performance of vendors and service providers that support the organization's operations.

- Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for the administration and infrastructure function.

Compliance management:

- Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to facilities, assets, and services.

- Ensure availability of adequate and trained contract associates as per the business requirements.

- Facilitate plant in conducting customer, statutory and social audits.

- Achieve best practices in admin and ensure cost effectiveness

- Improve quality of service delivery through various frugal initiatives/ innovative ideas

Requirement:

- Any Graduate with PGDBM/ MBA in Human Resources/ Personnel Management

- 12+ Years Of Experience Into Handling Large Scale Properties And Exposure To Adopting Best Industry Practices For Effective Functioning
