Monitor operational measures (e.g. utilization, KPIs, Minimum commitment versus Actual hours transitioned)
- Develop strong relationship with onshore stakeholders (SAIL’s, off shoring partners & Area’s leadership) and manage their expectations on service delivery
- Promote internal communication between teams and assist them in driving change and reinforcing quality through developing &following proper protocols
- Promote training and development of knowledge for the entire team through perform training need identification along with AM’s, TL’s with the help of knowledge champions
- Develop succession planning, employee development and manage attrition in team.
- Assist in the recruitment process of resources (Associate, Sr. Associate, Team Lead& Assistant Manager)
- Ensure coverage of rewards and recognition for the high performing associates
- Set directions, mentor and guide team leaders & assistant managers to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential talent
- Liaise with support functions like HR, L&D, Finance etc to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Desired Profile
Qualified MBA/CA/CFA's with 8-11 yrs of experience into F&A Operations.
