One of our client into Pharmaceutical industry is looking for Manager- Exports for their International Business team based at their HO in Mumbai.

Department:- International Business Africa
CTC Range:- 10 L - 12 L
Summary:-
- To continuously keep an eye on the market, understand market dynamics through in-depth market study, capitalize on the opportunities and Brand building to ensure profitable business
Responsibilities:-
Financials
- Drive profitable growth year on year by maximizing the value of the company by optimizing revenues and operating margins
Distribution and Channel Management
- Ensure smooth demand planning, forecasting and inventory management in order to avoid gaps between supply and demand.
- Ensure timely stocks to retailer, pharmacist and hospitals.
- Ensure collection happens within the stipulated time frame.
New Products Identification
- Through strategic analysis of the therapy area , various product portfolio
- Understanding of the market and customers to identify therapy gaps in order to create innovative molecules in the pipeline & change existing segments
Business Development
- Identify potential business development partners based on market understanding. Lead the final discussions for contracting and negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management / Key Account Management
- Identify key customers and connect with the team to stay abreast of market realities.
Education :-Bachelors in Science / Pharmacy and Master"s Degree in Marketing / International Business
Experience:- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
