Position : Manager - Exports - B2B &B2C
Grade : Manager
Work Experience : 8 to 15 Years.
Reporting Manager : GM Exports(Shirting)
Educational Qualification :
MBA /PGDM in marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute & Experience of handling exports for at least 5-6 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve the Sales volume and revenue target for Designated Sales Area
- Develop New Markets and new customers, Develop Market Specific products
- Decide on pricing strategies based on the various markets
- Market Intelligence - keep track of the competitor activities in Market,
- Co-ordinate with Design Creative team new trends and new products in the market
- Undertake raw material planning based on the export plan and prepares a sales budget which is updated on a regular basis.
Key Competencies :
- Shirting Product knowledge and well versed with Shirting manufacturing Technology.
- Must have traveled abroad for business development
- Understanding of Export Guidelines and Commercial terms.
- Open to Travel at short notice to manage customer requirements.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Understanding of Sales cycles in various geographies.
