Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and build relationships with potential overseas distributors and institutional buyers.
- Manage and grow existing export and institutional sales accounts.
- Oversee the sales process from order placement to delivery.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote brand`s products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Handling / Participating in Exhibitions and Trade shows .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export sales or institutional sales, preferably in the personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade practices and regulations.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
