We Are Hiring An Export Sales Manager

Role Description :

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and market share of our products and services in international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with international customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: As per Market Standard

Qualifications: Graduate / PG / MBA

Experience: 3 - 10 Years in Export / International Marketing.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure finding buyers in the international markets.

- Good Knowledge of the Company Specific Laws & standards for Sterilization.

- Designing and implementing all export strategies.

- Preparing an effective business plan for all international territories to generate business.

- Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows

- Recruit international staff as required & provide training to the staff members and new recruits

- Identifying new markets and finding ways to promote in the market.

- Maintaining good customer relationships with the staff members.

- Resolving the queries of customers related to exports and expenses.

- Exposure to handling international OEM Customers(Original Equipment Manufacturers).

- Handling of Scheduling & dispatch of international customers.

- Handling of EDI.

- Handling of RFI, RFQ, Quotation & breakup of cost.

Skills Required :

1. Business Planning: Ability to develop and execute business plans to increase sales and market share in international markets.

2. Export: Knowledge of export regulations and procedures.

3. Sales: Proven track record of successful sales in international markets.

4. International Sales: Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with international customers.

5. International Business: Knowledge of international business practices and cultures.

Relevant Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
