Export Sales Manager (Nonwoven Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in international markets for nonwoven products.
- Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and partners in target regions.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set for export markets.
Documentation and Compliance:- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and standards relevant to nonwoven products.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth shipment and delivery processes.
Market Analysis and Planning:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions and competitive landscape.
Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and agents.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to sales and service.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:- Lead and motivate a team of export sales professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and finance to ensure seamless export operations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales management within the nonwoven industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of export documentation requirements and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Office).
Additional Skills (Preferred):- Knowledge of nonwoven manufacturing processes and product specifications.
- Good convincing power with excellent communication skill
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in languages relevant to target export markets.
