Job Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As an Export Sales Manager for our cosmetic ingredients manufacturing company, you will lead international sales efforts, driving growth in global markets. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from new and existing markets/countries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Visit and actively participate in International/Domestic Exhibitions, Trade fairs, Expos, and Conferences to build and maintain good international/domestic client relationships.
- Develops sales forecasts and controls expenses in line with the budget.
- Lead negotiations with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders to secure profitable contracts and agreements.
- Maintains and builds knowledge of customers' industry products and markets to target opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective delivery of products to international markets.
- Provides on-going support and follow-up to ensure timely shipment of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Educates clients regarding the company's products and technologies.
- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices, and new business opportunities and maintains extensive business knowledge.
