Job Description :
- Responsible for driving growth of the spices business in the EU, US & APAC with focus on market penetration in target markets with the value proposition of specific spices.
- The position will be responsible for business growth enabled by standard products targeting end use and Marketing the same in the said regions.

Description :
- Developing products targeting markets
- Acquisition of new accounts in the EU, US & APAC markets; and continued growth of existing customer base
- Co-ordinating with the various internal functional teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process
- Communication with customers to keep them constantly updated on the market conditions with relevant recommendations where applicable.
- Ensuring that all commitments to customers are achievable and following through to ensure the same.
- Handling customer feedback in an appropriate manner and ensuring satisfactory closure where applicable.
- Responsible for entire sales cycle - order placement to cash collection
- Ensuring Profitability of the customer orders
- Develop Distribution systems & maintain relation with existing, as required in the region
Profile :
- Have a strong background of handling export sales of GROUND SPICES.
- Be a team player to ensure proper cross functional support to achieve the company's business objectives.
- MBA- Sales & Marketing
- Spices Export Sales Experience- 5-10 years
- Be pro-active and anticipate customer and market needs to lead innovation and achieve customer delight
- Fluent In English, Good communication
