- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand brand footprint internationally.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target markets and develop a strategic roadmap for entering international markets.
- Stay updated with international trade regulations and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate market entry barriers and local regulations to develop export strategies and develop comprehensive market entry strategies and action plans for each target market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, negotiate agreements, and monitor performance.
- Build & demonstrate strong knowledge of Company's products and prepare effective communication toolkits to promote the Company's products.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential collaborations.
- Work with Marketing Team to deploy Promotions & Marketing Events targeting potential clients.
- Manage documentation, including export licenses, certificates of origin, shipping documents, and export-related paperwork. Negotiate and finalize export agreements, contracts, and terms with channel partners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in international sales and exports management within the beauty and wellness industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships at various levels.
