We have a requirement for an Export Sales Manager (B2C) Based at Bangalore (HO) Location

Job Title: Export Sales Manager (B2C)
Location: Bangalore (Head Office)
Industry: FMCG (Spices & Processed Food)
Experience: 5+ years in export sales into B2C (preferably in spices or processed food industry)
Qualification: MBA
Working Days: 5 Days a week
Reporting To: Business Head
Regions to Handle: Middle East & Europe
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for the Middle East & European markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with international distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Achieve export sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Handle the entire export sales cycle, including negotiation, pricing, contract finalization, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and inventory management.
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events to represent the company and strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in export sales within the FMCG industry (Spices or Processed Food preferred).
- Excellent understanding of international markets, especially Middle East & Europe.
- Ability to develop and execute global sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, regulations, and compliance.
- Business acumen with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
