Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

- Identify and analyze international markets with potential demand for Gensets.

- Study market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Develop insights into regional preferences and regulatory requirements.

Strategy Development:

- Create and implement international marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific markets.

- Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.

- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

Sales and Distribution in MENA:

- Establish and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and partners.

- Oversee the export process, including compliance with international trade regulations and logistics.

- Develop and manage sales channels to ensure effective distribution of gensets.

Brand Management:

- Enhance brand presence and reputation in international markets.

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute international marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and events.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Engagement:

- Develop strategies to engage and support international customers.

- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with product development teams to ensure product specifications meet international market needs.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on marketing and sales performance in international markets.

- Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Marketing Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of international marketing principles and export processes.

- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.

Industry Knowledge:

- Understanding of the genset industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
