Manager - Exports/International Sales

Manager - Exports/International Sales
- You will be responsible for establishing business & strategizing the export operations for the same.
- Lead generation, Evaluate the market for maximum penetration & sales volume. Competitive Market Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Follow full cycle of sales prospecting, follow up, negotiate and close the deal
- Establish business operations and push sales
- Devise marketing campaigns.
- Manage sales by resolving issues and ensuring repeat orders
- Coordinate for export shipments
- Manage effective communication with the importers assigned, and establish good relations
- Achieving the top line targets
- Understanding respective legal, regulatory and compliance requirements for export / import, Sales, Marketing and Business Development
- Launch of new products
- Responsible for setting up newer B2B channel
- Develop specific omni-channel distribution and commercial plans, including retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and B2B plans and develop alternative distribution channels
Qualification And Experience :
1. The incumbent needs to MBA in Sales/Marketing or International Business with atleast 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG Industry & Should be in Export Trade - Food, Spice and super foods
2. Fluent in English
3. Entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and agility to adapt to changing circumstances and results.
- Strategic thinker and planner based on deep appreciation and understanding of markets, brands and customers.
4. Ability to translate plans into action and evidence of executing plans with excellence.
5. Strong influencing, relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across local and international teams.
6. Cultural understanding and sensitivity.
7. Flexibility in terms of working hours to meet the needs of an international business (across time zones)
