Manager - Export - International Business - FMCG/Food & Beverage Industry

Role :

Purpose - Assist in development and implementation of Export Business plan

Key Responsibility:

- Execute the activities to ensure achievement of Business Plan for Branded FMCG Exports to international markets

- Manage and grow business for assigned brands and categories in overseas markets by effective brand marketing and by driving the local distributor sales force

- Driving ATL and BTL marketing campaigns for the assigned brand & category to increase consumer awareness

- Closely monitoring competition activity through data analysis and capturing in-market feedback from importers

- Coordination with advertising agency for development of packaging with appropriate labeling and POSM for international markets

- Tracking primary and secondary sales in targeted countries

- Development of select international markets by identifying the right distributor / importer

- Coordination with production and logistics ensure timely export shipments

- Customer servicing of existing international distributors including monitoring of shipments, payments etc

Education - MBA from a premier institute with specialization in International Business or Sales & Marketing
