About Role :
- Driving strategic initiatives
- Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Heads other team members.
- Work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then think on scaling it.
- Program management of cross functional / high impact projects.
- Design, Implement, Monitor and Execute special projects
- Assist and communicate with Team Heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of founders
Process Improvement :
- Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Dashboard And Analytics
- Setting up company wide tracking dashboards
- Analyse it to deliver actionable insights and define key programs
Investor Management :
- Assisting founders in investor decks and pitches
- MIS and Analytics for investor pitches
Experience :
- Preferred 1-5 years of experience in a Business Management / Investment / Tier 1 Consulting background role.
- Preferably someone who has been an entrepreneur / founder's office role before in a startup.
- Minimum 1 year of experience on co-planning executing corporate strategies
The candidate must be a detail/task/project-oriented person that will assume a variety of leadership roles and responsibilities in the areas of Product Development & Strategy. The candidate will play a leadership role in the development of company-wide processes and procedures that will improve productivity, manage risk, and support company growth. An ability to efficiently and effectively assess, prioritize, plan and execute will be essential to a candidate's success in this position.
