Exclusive Business Operation Manager
Key Performance Indicators :
1. Profitable sales growth in EBOs thereby driving retail KPI's at the stores
2. Strong Operational processes to be implemented at the stores
3. Inventory Management control
4. Financial Compliances check for stores
5. Timely. high quality rollout of new stores
6. Customer delight ratings and repeat customer rates
Key Responsibilities :
Growth/P&L/Operations :
1. Drive Retail KPI's at the store with strong hands-on data & timely reports
2. Strong Operational Hygiene to be maintained at stores.
3. Should track store's inventory on a regular basis & ensure inventory control through surprise audits
4. Offers & Promotions to be run at the store - to plan & execute based on data & competition
5. Drive store launch plans in coordination with VM & Marketing Team.
6. Responsible for Store Opening Processes.
7. Identify right locations and coordinate commercial/legal sign-offs for the same
8. Coordinate high-visibility, timely rollout of store fitouts
9. Drive SSSG by implementing strong operations, marketing campaigns and in-store initiatives
10. Strong Financial Compliances, & highlighting if any store variances.
Marketing :
11. Drive Customer Repeats & new footfalls generation through coordination with marketing team & innovative BTL's
12. Participate in key mall events & ensure brand visibility
13. Maintain cataloguing and fill levels to ensure brand is well represented across all categories
14. Drive innovative campaigns to improve awareness, visibility, trials and repeats Team
15. Help the field team in recruitment, training and retention of high-performing store staff
16. Hire & build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to sustainably and profitably grow the business for the brands
Experience & Qualification :
Mandatory :
1. Graduate/MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 4-5 years' experience in retail operations roles
2. Prior retail experience is a must
3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.
4. A passion for sales and marketing
5. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability
6. Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders
