Manager - ESG Strategy & Reporting - Consulting Firm

Position - Manager ESG & Reporting

Location - Mumbai

Key responsibilities :

- Participate in shaping the ESG roadmap and materiality assessment together with the leadership

- Drive selected parts of the ESG program working on cross-functional projects, with a specific focus on environmental topics

- Serve as main coordination point for the functions on ESG topics and provide hands-on support where needed to ensure we meet our ESG targets

- Collaborate closely with the business and key internal stakeholders to define and progress finance/reporting team

- Support the annual ESG report preparation including information and data gathering, content development

- Reviewing company documents such as sustainability reports, annual reports, as well as other corporate and third party publications and assessing about adopting the best practices

- Oversee the preparation of responses to inquiries from external stakeholders

- Conduct ESG research and keep up-to-date with relevant ESG industry trends

- Manage effective proactive engagement and communication with all stakeholders around ESG (e.g. Finance & Controlling, Communications, Human Resources etc.).

- Actively contribute to developing a positive ESG culture across the organization. Support in articulating an ESG strategy that is directly tied to the business' strategy and goals.

- Seek new ideas from inside and outside the business and identify innovative solutions
