Manager - ESG - Manufacturing Sector

Job description

1. Developing ESG related businesses focusing textile, apparel and leather sectors and leading delivery of those projects

2. Leading project delivery

3. Supporting in team building and developing new client relationships

4. Managing project financials and R&Q

5. Knowledge management and improving the positioning of the company in target business space

6. Work will require extensive travelling within and outside India

Skill requirement

1. In-depth technical understanding of the ESG aspects relevant to manufacturing sector

2. Business development abilities

3. Client relationship management abilities

4. Managing a team of 3 - 5 people

5. Good communication and presentation skills

6. Strong interpersonal skills

Educational qualification

1. Post-graduate in subjects relevant to Sustainability / Textile manufacturing

Experience

1. ~7 years of professional experience including minimum 3 years in ESG related consulting domain

2. Candidates need to have experience of delivering projects to global brands, major manufacturers, international agencies working in ESG space and International Development Agencies

3. Candidates with ESG related consulting experience with the textile, apparel and leather sectors will be preferred

4. Candidates with experience of working in multiple countries will be preferred
