Manager - ESG

ESG Reporting:

- Responsible for ESG data collection from cross-functional teams, KPI tracking, Gap analysis, and report preparation in coordination with various functions for seamless data integration in the various reporting frameworks

- ESG data verification, compilation and analysis for management reviews and rectify as necessary

- Understand and communicate reporting requirements under various Global & Local ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, SASB, CSRD etc) as well as regulatory norms like BRSR

- Experience of handling ESG rating disclosures - CDP, MSCI, DJSI etc

- Responsible for implementation of Goals & Targets, KPIs at department level

- Co-ordination w.r.t. planning, execution, and oversight of assurance engagements, including internal audits, external audits, and third-party assessments

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and validate data related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance indicators

- Implementation of organization's goals and objectives

- Conducting regular ESG audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

ESG Strategy:

- Creating and developing an organization's short- and long-term ESG strategies

- Researching regulatory compliance requirements that impact company operations

- Implementation of GHG Accounting, SBTI initiatives and Net Zero target

- Research & Implementation of Decarbonization plan across the company.

- Partnering with vendors to furthering ESG initiatives

- Tracking financial efficiency of ESG initiatives Implementation

- Monitor, report and manage environmental performance across operations and the value chain covering GHG inventory, water, emissions, waste management.

- Ability to define, set environmental targets, monitor performance, support identifying opportunities to achieve the targets.

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of ESG programs, and recommending changes to close the gaps

- Experience working with ESG data management tool, Preference to experience of developing data management tool

- Responsible for developing as well as implementing ESG policies and management systems, developing internal controls and measurement systems.

- Strong knowledge on Environmental standards/procedures and should have an experience in implementing these standards at Site.

- Monitor and validate Non-Compliances and resolve these NCs through audits

ESG Communication:

- Developing ESG communication materials for internal & external stakeholders

- Work as ESG communicator within the organization to create awareness for employees & other stakeholders

- Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops on ESG reporting, and tools for internal stakeholders
